That's the whole thing about this trade. Paint gets redone, tile gets pulled up — but once a slab sets, whatever went wrong underneath is set with it, and fixing it costs more than doing it right did.
Razo Concrete & Construction takes on any concrete work, plus foundations and footings, fencing installation and retaining walls. We're licensed and insured, we quote for free, and we'd rather tell you the job needs more base than come back in two years to argue about a crack.

Foundations & Footings
Everything you build stands on this. Dug to depth, inspected, reinforced and poured level so the framers start square instead of shimming from day one.

Fencing Installation
Posts set in concrete at proper depth and spacing. A fence fails at the posts long before it fails at the panels, so that's where the work goes.

Retaining Walls
Holding back a hillside is an engineering problem, not a stacking problem. Proper base, backfill and drainage so the wall doesn't lean out on you after a wet spring.
